Holmes leads Isleworth past Lake Nona to victory in Tavistock Cup
ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) -- J.B. Holmes shot a 4-under 68 to win individual honors and help Isleworth defeat Lake Nona Golf and Country Club for the Tavistock Cup on Tuesday.
Isleworth prevailed in the two-day, Ryder Cup-styled event between pros from two exclusive central Florida clubs 19-11.
Lake Nona's Ian Poulter shot 69 to finish second in the individual event, one stroke ahead of Isleworth players Mark O'Meara and Tiger Woods -- who had won the individual competition each of the past three years.
