LAS VEGAS -- The Dawgs Golf premium footwear line has been created by USA Dawgs, Inc., a superior line of advanced-technology super-lightweight EVA and non-slip rubber footwear. The new entity was formed to showcase a collection of casual golf footwear featuring exceptional comfort, performance, value and style, continuing the Dawgs tradition.

"We believe golfers deserve and long for lightweight shoes that offer all the comfort, style and affordability Dawgs are known for," says Steve Mann, founder, president and CEO of the companies. "The variety of golf shoes in our lines will suit the needs of players everywhere. We are excited to introduce this full line of comfort golf footwear."
The first shoe in the new collection, Golf Spirit, is available for both men and women and combines style and function with EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate, or closed cell resin) to create what company officials call the world's lightest golf shoes. Weighing in at less than 7 ounces per shoe, they are also quite convenient for travel.
Yet the Spirit does not sacrifice weight for comfort. Rather, the EVA's built-in properties act as a shock absorber for the feet. Each shoe also has nine strategically placed soft spikes embedded in a rubber/EVA outsole for surefooted play, confidence and performance.
The Spirit shoe is available in six color combinations. Additional features include an adjustable Velcro strap and ventilation holes for cool comfort, and the shoes are also antimicrobial, odor-resistant and can be worn with or without socks. They carry a suggested retail price of $50 per pair for the men's or women's models.
In addition to the Golf Spirit, the comprehensive lines offered by Dawgs include casual footwear for golfers to wear before and after their rounds. Men's and women's Spirits (without spikes), men's and women's Flip Flops, men's and women's slides, women's "Z" sandals and women's 3-straps comprise the variety of selections. All feature great comfort and slip-resistant outsoles.
