Sun Mountain offers new bags with colors and logoes of many colleges

MISSOULA, Montana -- College football season is in full swing, and Sun Mountain is offering a top-of-the-line golf stand bag and cart bag with major college and university team colors and logos. Bag choices include a lightweight stand bag and a full-featured cart bag at $209 and $269, respectively.

The lightweight stand bag is based on Sun Mountain's top-selling Superlight 3.5 bag, and offers a six-way top and seven pockets including a water bottle pouch, velour-lined valuables pocket, and a full-length clothing pocket.

Weighing in at less than four pounds, it also features a built-in top collar handle for ease in getting the bag on and off; patented Roller Bottom stand mechanism that delivers faster leg action; and lightweight, high tensile-strength aluminum legs with non-slip triangular feet. It carries a suggested retail price of $209.

The cart bag is based on Sun Mountain's best selling C-130 bag, and includes a 14-way, individual club divider system. The bag's top features an integrated handle for easy loading and unloading as well as a molded putter compartment. Other unique features include non-slip rubber feet that help the bag sit squarely on a cart and a reverse top that presents clubs from short to long when the bag is on the cart. This cart bag includes 10 pockets, and carries a suggested retail price of $269.
