
MARLBOROUGH, Mass. -- Champ has relocated to a new U.S. headquarters facility that company officials say will give them the ability to prepare for future growth opportunities.
In the past six months, Champ has secured business opportunities that created the need for additional space. One example is Champ's customization business, which has seen a significant increase in orders, and the new location will allow for the company to support and add to this area.
Additionally, the space will allow for marketing needs such as in-house photo shoots, areas for product testing, conducting business with customers and distributors as well as an increase in warehouse space.
"This move will enable us to conduct business in a larger facility and prepare for our plans for growth over the next three to five years. The plan is to optimize mass production in every way imaginable. The expanded facility will help us achieve this," said Harris MacNeill, the president and CEO of Champ/ MacNeill Engineering.
The new space, "located close to our former location, offers us a bigger showroom for customer meetings and sales presentations showcasing our full products collection," he explained. "We are entering into some new areas of business and are certainly excited about these growth opportunities."
