Sheftic was the winner of the 2008 Tournament Players’ Division Championship and 2006 AB Thorn Tournament. He finished runner-up in the 2004, ’07 Philadelphia Open ... Sonny Skinner is a PGA teaching professional at River Pointe Golf Club in Albany, Ga. He was runner-up in the 2008 and 2010 PGA Professional National Championships ... Skinner, the 2008 PGA Professional Player of the Year, went unbeaten (4-0-0) for the U.S. PGA Cup Team that returned the Llandudno Trophy back to America in 2009 ... He also was winner of the 1993 Nike (now Nationwide Tour) Shreveport Open and the 1994 Nike/Nationwide Richmond Open ... He was the 2010 PGA Match Play Champion, and winner on the 2006 PGA Winter Tournament Series. One of the top performers in recent years in Georgia PGA Section events, Skinner was the 2006 Georgia PGA Match Play Champion and captured the 2000 Griffin Classic Championship.
