Folds of Honor adds PGA of America Vice President Ted Bishop to Board of Directors

Folds of Honor Foundation CEO and founder, Major Dan Rooney, has announced that PGA Vice President Ted Bishop has joined the Foundation's Board of Directors, replacing Jim Remy who has served the past two years in his role as PGA of America President. The PGA of America President and Vice-President each serve as ex-officio members on the Folds of Honor Board of Directors.

 
"We are so grateful for Jim Remy's hard work and dedication to Folds of Honor," says Major Rooney. "We owe much of our success to The PGA of America and their support. We look forward to Ted Bishop continuing the great tradition of PGA leadership on our board."
 
Bishop is the general manager and PGA director of golf at The Legends of Indiana Golf Club in Franklin, Ind. He has served on The PGA Board of Directors since 2006 and has held several other leadership positions with the organization. He and his wife, Cindy, live in Franklin, Ind., and have two daughters.

The Folds of Honor Foundation provides post-secondary educational scholarships for children and spouses of military service men and women killed or disabled while serving our great nation. Patriot Golf Day is the flagship fundraiser for the Folds of Honor Foundation.
