Dick Shippee
It's a tale of two nines. This inexpensive gem is wonderful but only for the back nine. The front is pedestrian -- back and forth and truly unremarkable. But then....after a so-so short tenth hole the course unwinds down to the Pacific Ocean with great vistas, then along the coast and you'd swear you were playing Monterey Bay CC or even Spyglass or Spanish Bay. Turf conditions are not super but for the money you can't go wrong.
