Very fine golf course. Located in extreme NE Georgia. Bent grass greens. Very fair pricing. Yardage is somewhat short, but this is a very fun, and challenging course. From mid-town Atlanta you can be on the first tee within 2 hours. Mountain views, small town, hotel and restaurant on site. Very accomodating for groups, and tournaments. Greens exceptional. Fairways very nice too.

October, during leaf season is the most beautiful time of year to play. But, in the summer when it is hot in the flat lands, Kingwood temperatures are 5-10 degrees cooler than Atlanta. Usually, there is a cool breeze blowing too.
