The course has greens that survive rainy spring weather and drought of summer. The original founders wanted a course that both better golfers and the Sunday family golfers could enjoy. The fairways are a little wide but there are plenty of trees if you hook or slice. The bunker sand is much improved so you no longer feel like you are hitting from coarse gravel or clay packed sand.
