One of the most fun golf courses I've ever played! All sorts of variety in holes and shots to hit. I'd put these 4 par 5's up against any in terms of fun and challenge. The greens are large, rolling but not crazy sloped, and have bent grass. The back nine is simply a blast to play. Reachable par 4's, long and tough par 4's, fun par 3's and it's set back in the woods giving it an awesome atmosphere to play the game. Bill Love deserves a round of applause for designing this course.

About This Course
Carolina Colours Golf Club is a premier 18 hole golf facility located in New Bern, NC located between James City and Havelock. The golf course was designed by Bill Love, and opened for play in 2010. The greens feature a new A1-A4 bent grass, while the fairways and rough consist of bermuda. There are six tee boxes ranging from 4900-7000 yards. It is a friendly course for beginners, yet scratch golfers will still meet there match. The golf course features a 20 station driving range with a large putting a chipping green. A snack bar is open Tuesday-Thursday from 11:30am-3pm. The PGA Head Golf Professional is Joe Kreuser, and the PGA Assistant Golf Professional is Brian Joyner. Carolina Colours Golf Club is one of the best new courses in Eastern North Carolina. Opened for play in 2010 this Bill Love designed course features 18 spectacular golf holes. Unlike most courses in the area, the houses are out of sight (and play) on the golf course. It gives you a real sense of privacy while you're out on the course. The greens are excellent and the fairways are growing in great. Certainly a must play if you're in the New Bern area!
