Let me begin by saying I grew up originally in Gothenburg and loved to golf all through high school. The town of 3500 had a nice nine hole course for us to use and that is what I started on.
When I graduated from high school I moved from town to go to college and a wonderful new course called Wild Horse was built in Gothenburg. When I did come home I was lucky enough to have people that would take me to Wildhorse. It is beautiful and fasinating.
I did not live in Gothenburg to golf and I was so jealous of the course they had. To be able to join a course for the amount that they ask for each year would be awesome. I have now moved back to Gothenburg because of a medical condition where I had to have brain surgery. I decided to join the course today. I live on disability after the brain surgery but this will help to make each day so much better.
I called my father to tell him I joined and he was very happy for me. I am unable to have my own golf clubs right now due to the fact of low income because of the disability, but within fifteen minutes Dad called me back to let me know he found some of his older clubs and I could use those to get started.
I can not wait to play golf daily again and I can not wait until I can save enough to buy a new set of clubs to golf at Wild Horse Golf Club in Gothenburg. Make the trip and you will not believe how nice everybody in Gothenburg is, how good the steakhouse in Gothenburg is, and how beautiful the course is.
