The food at the clubhouse is wonderful as with their service, they have some new dishes on the menu. And the course layout is good. But they do allow twosomes to go out and play with one bag of clubs. Our complaints fell on deaf ears so be warned!
My handicap: 12 been playing golf for 47 yrs.
Pros- This is the best maintained public golf course in NH. Bar none ! If played from the back tees, it is in the top three most challenging public courses in NH. A good course for beginners if played from the front tees. It has the fastest greens of any public course in NH or Maine. You MUST keep your approach shots below the hole or it is three putt city. Best practice range in NH. Very cute cart girls and food & beverage staff.
Cons- cart beers are very expensive. Food used to be very good but currently is very expensive considering the portions.(small)
Golf pricing varies greatly but, there are often good deals on weekday afternoon golf . Pace of play also varies greatly. I have played 3hr rounds and 5hr rounds during week & weekends.
