The price is right and their is really never a problem getting a tee time and the pace is quick. 1st hole is very interesting as you might have to hit an iron on this par 5. Back nine has some nice water holes including an island green on 10. Got my first hole in 1 here when I was 16! Great condition and you can't get into too much trouble on this course. All around good experience.
