About This Course
South Fork Country Club is located in the Hamptons region of Eastern Long Island in the village of Amagansett, New York, less than a mile from the Atlantic Ocean.
South Fork has a long history of golf as a nine hole facility dating back to the 1920's. In 2001 Gil Hanse designed a new nine holes for the club, and is now an 18 hole links style facility.
South Fork Country Club is a private, member owned, facility that is open from April through November.
The club generates 13,000 rounds of golf annually, accepts memberships, and does not take tee times to give the membership flexibility in enjoying the course.
The course has small greens and narrow fairways that are always in pristine condition.
