Frank Williams
For a muni course this ranks as one of the best in Pennsylvania. Every hole is a challenge and scenery is gorgeous. Greens are large and fast, fairways are cut nice and the rough is rough. The only problem is the location, nestled in Bear Creek where the temp is vastly lower than wyoming valley and you should dress warm to play there. Will keep playing at WB Muni for a long time.
