The G15 driver from Ping is, without a doubt, one of the most solid and best performing drivers on the market today! Even at a year or so old, it is still one of the kings. Ping designed the G15 with high and low handicappers in mind...a ton of forgiveness in the face, big 460cc head design, lightweight metals to promote increased clubhead and ball speeds, additional weighting in the heel to promote a high ball flight, yet the low handicapper can take it and work a fade or draw with ease. I, personally, do not prefer the TFC stock shaft so I went with the Serrano shaft, which gives you a mid level ball flight but still has a nice overall feel to it. This driver has no gimmicks, like other manufacturers. If you get fitted for it, like I did, you don't need gimmicks. It's just a straight up, in your face, driver that can compete with any other driver on the market!
