How much is Rory McIlroy's driver worth?

Rory McIlroy is officially on a roll – his victory at the Wells Fargo Championship is his second in a mere three weeks, following his triumph at the WGC-Cadillac Match Play Championship. He was dominant at Quail Hollow, too, shooting a course-record 61 to take the lead on Saturday, then finishing up by shattering the tournament scoring mark by five shots and winning by a whopping seven shots.

As we noted after McIlroy won the Match Play, he recently switched several new clubs into his bag. Among them is a Nike Vapor Pro driver, and clearly he's getting along well with it – he led the Wells Fargo field in driving distance with a 321.1-yard average. That helped him finish second in greens in regulation (56 of 72), and set a new tournament record with 27 birdies.

The Vapor Pro driver features a classic pear-shaped head with a low and forward center of gravity for a more direct trajectory off the tee. Nike's FlexLoft 2 adjustability lets golfers customize their launch characteristics, while its FlyBeam structure and NexCOR face create excellent stability and increased ball speed.

The Vapor Pro driver made its official debut at retail earlier this year with a suggested retail price of $399.99. It currently has an estimated trade-in value of $151.99 and an estimated resale value of $303.98, according to the PGA.com Value Guide and Trade-in Network.
