You've probably heard this before, but we'll tell you again -- you should have hybrid clubs in your golf bag.

Why? They're easy to hit from a variety of lies and also easier to control than your longer irons. In today's golf tip Laird Small, PGA Director of the Pebble Beach Golf Academy, explains how hybrids are designed to help your game and demonstrates the proper way to hit them in several different situations.
