Free Junior Tickets

In an effort to encourage the attendance of juniors, free juniors tickets will be offered to children 17 years of age and under who must be accompanied by a ticketed adult. Junior tickets are available at all admission gates.

Thursday, December 4 -- 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Friday, December 5 -- 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Saturday, December 6 -- 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Please wear your ticket where it can be seen at all times while on the grounds at the Grand Slam

Golf Shop

Please visit the Poipu Golf Shop and Merchandise tent to view a wide variety of Grand Slam logoed golf attire and collectable memorabilia that is available for purchase.

Concessions

Food and beverage concession stands are located at 18 green, 16 green and the practice range and in addition, mobile beverage carts are continuously following play.

Directions

From the Lihue Airport: (Approx. 25 minutes)

  • Out of the airport take Ahukini Road (570), turn left at the light onto Kuhio Hwy (56)
  • (Follow signs to Poipu) which turns into Kaumualii Hwy (50)
  • Turn left onto Maluhia Road (520)
  • Under tunnel of trees, turn left onto Poipu Bypass Road and follow signs to Grand Slam parking

Parking and Shuttle Information

Shuttle service is offered to all spectators free of charge. Continuous shuttle service will be available from the Poipu Bypass Road. Shuttle service to the golf course will begin at 8:00 a.m. each morning and will run continuously until one hour after play each day. The parking area is less than 5 minutes from the Poipu Bay Golf Course. No public parking will be found near the Poipu Golf Course. Patrons are encouraged to utilize the free public parking. Walking along Poipu Road is unsafe and discouraged.

Autographs

Autograph requests are permitted only Thursday for the Pro-Am, December 4. For the player's consideration, a no autograph policy will be enforced on the golf course during the Championship rounds, Friday, Dec. 5 and Saturday, Dec. 6.

Cameras

Cameras are allowed only Thursday for the Pro-Am, Dec. 4. Cameras are not permitted during Championship Play, Friday & Saturday.

The PGA Grand Slam of Golf is one of the world's premiere golf events, with extensive television coverage to 86.2 million U.S. homes on TNT and will be seen in more than 100 countries worldwide.

Prohibited Items

Bags will be searched upon entering the event. You will be asked to check any prohibited items at the admissions gate upon arrival. The following items will not be permitted on the Grand Slam grounds:

  • Weapons of any kind regardless of permit
  • Cellular phones or pagers (no exceptions)
  • Signs, radios, ladders, folding chairs
  • Coolers or pets

Etiquette

The PGA and Poipu Bay Golf Course are dedicated to providing an outstanding spectator experience for all patrons. Please assist us by observing proper golf decorum. This includes drinking responsibly and acting in a considerate manner toward all PGA Grand Slam of Golf patrons. Thank you and please enjoy the event.

Weather Warning

Please be aware of weather conditions at all times while attending the PGA Grand Slam of Golf. If bad weather appears, spectators are advised to take precautions and seek shelter PRIOR to play being suspended. If the siren sounds, put down your umbrella and seek shelter immediately. Please avoid the following:

  • Bodies of Water
  • Telephone Poles
  • Tall/Isolated trees
  • Hilltops/ High places
  • Grandstands
  • Metal Fences
  • Open Fields
  • Golf Carts

Reminders

  • Cameras and autographs are permitted on Thursday, December 4, ONLY.
  • Bring a rain jacket or poncho.
  • Familiarize yourself with the First Aid location on-site upon arriving at the Championship.
  • Stay behind the gallery ropes and cooperate with the marshals at all times. Kneel or sit down if you are in the front row so people behind you can enjoy the action as well.
  • "Leap Frog" ahead to get a good viewing spot as play approaches.
  • Remain still throughout each shot and do not move until all players in the group have played or have completed the hole.
  • Walk Carefully, NEVER run.
  • Display your ticket at all times.
  • Do not ask for autographs during Championship Rounds.
  • Observe the weather conditions, and be prepared.
  • Remember where your car is parked.
