It is truly an honor for Kauai to once again host this prestigious event. This unique competition brings together the year's major golf champions, engaging in their sport on one of the world's most beautiful courses. Kauai's magnificent landscapes, lush greenery and endless sandy beaches create an atmosphere like no other.

For those of you who are visiting Kauai, it is my hope you will be able to take part in the sightseeing and numerous activities our island has to offer. I wish everyone - residents and visitors - an enjoyable experience at this year's PGA Grand Slam of Golf.

On behalf of the County of Kauai, congratulations to the men whose successes have brought them here to the Garden Island, and best of luck for future victories.
