What is PGA Grand Slam LIVE?

PGA Grand Slam LIVE is an interactive video player application that allows you to watch live streams and archived video from an event. You can choose from three different live broadband video streams, including the highlights reel from TNT and exclusive bonus coverage from PGA.com. Now you can catch the tournament drama from your personal computer.

What are the minimum computer specifications required to use PGA Grand Slam of Golf LIVE?

If you are using Microsoft Windows®:

· Microsoft Windows® 2000, XP with SP2, or Vista
· Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5+, Firefox 1+ or Netscape 6+
· Windows Media Player 9+
· Adobe Flash 7+ plugin
· 256MB RAM (512MB recommended)
· 800 x 600 resolution display
· 16-bit sound card
· Speakers or headphones

If you are using a Macintosh computer:

· Safari 1.3+, Firefox 1+ or other standards-compliant browser
· Windows Media Player 9 or Flip4Mac
· Adobe Flash 7+ plugin
· 256MB RAM (512MB recommended)
· 800 x 600 resolution display
· Speakers or headphones

What if I'm having trouble with the video?

Please follow the instructions below to configure your player for HTTP streams. Make sure that you close the PGA Grand Slam LIVE player before proceeding or changes to the Windows Media Player settings may not be saved.

Windows Media Player 9 or higher (Windows):

To locate the player click Start » Programs » Accessories » Entertainment.
Open Windows Media Player.
On the menu bar, select "Tools" and pull down to "Options."
In Options, select the "Network" tab.
Under Protocols, uncheck "Multicast, UDP, and TCP." Only HTTP should be checked.
Then hit "OK" to close this window, and "OK" again to close the Options window.

Windows Media Player 9 or higher (Macintosh):

To locate the player, type "windows media player" into Spotlight or Finder or open your Applications folder.
Open Windows Media Player.
On the menu bar, select "Windows Media Player" and pull down to "Preferences...".
In Preferences, select the "Network Settings" tab.
Under Protocols, uncheck "Multicast, UDP, and TCP." Only HTTP should be checked.
Then hit "OK" to close this window.

Close Windows Media Player and any open browsers, then re-launch the browser and sign in to launch PGA Grand Slam LIVE.

What are the bandwidth requirements for PGA Grand Slam of Golf LIVE?

PGA Grand Slam of Golf LIVE is a broadband-only application. Because of the high-quality video content, you will need a broadband connection to the internet for optimal video playback. Most broadband connections will be adequate, including DSL (512kbps+), cable, and most corporate internet connections.

Additional archived video will be available by clicking on the "on demand" or "browse" buttons. Archived videos include round highlights, instructional content, course information, interviews and other exclusive content.
