PGA tournament director at Auburn University Club in Auburn, Alabama Competed on the former Hogan and Nike Tours from 1990 through 1998, winning the 1990 Ben Hogan Boise Open and the 1991 Ben Hogan Elizabethtown (Ky.) Open. Left the Tour in 1998 after playing in 145 events, and entered banking as a business officer. Maintained his PGA of America membership before returning full-time in 2003. Competed for Auburn University, earning all-SEC honors in 1978-80, and All-America honors in 1979. Competed in the 1980 U.S. Amateur at Pinehurst, N.C., and the 1980 Northeast Amateur, finishing second to John Cook, and tying with Hal Sutton, the 1980 U.S. Amateur Champion. Recorded four holes-in-one, with two in competition.
