Hole 5 Go to 4

No. 5 — Little Deschutes

449 Yards
Par 4

As par fours go, the fifth is one of the most difficult holes on the course if not in the entire country. The tee shot must by played over the winding river and directly at the two directional bunkers on the right of the fairway. The long approach shot must also by played across the river wetland area to a lengthy diagonal green. A long ridge divides the front and back half of the putting surface. A player must be long and accurate to survive the many pitfalls which surround this strong hole.
