Fourteen is a long, slight dogleg right par four. The fairway is the widest on the course measuring over 60 yards from side to side. The Deschutes River borders the right side of this hole and comes into play on the tee shot and approach. The green is flanked on the left front by three bunkers and mounding and on the right by one bunker and the river. The putting surface is bisected by a roll which puts a premium on proper club selection. The shortest and best line of play requires a player to drive near the river and play a well struck middle iron the proper distance. The front of the green is open for those of lesser skill.
