The first of the nine holes that play off Lake Oconee is a wonderful finish to the front nine. The downhill tee shot does not require much length, especially since skirting the large fairway bunker on the left is vital. Longer hitters can carry that bunker with a driver and leave a short approach to the green flanked by the lake and a pretty rock wall.
