Among the greatest finishing holes in Georgia, this closer plays all the way up the shores of Lake Oconee, starting with the island-like teeing ground. The wide fairway allows the player to go after a long tee shot, setting up a chance at going for the green in two. The wide but shallow green presents a very difficult approach shot, as a full carry of the lake is required. Shots that find the bunker behind the green are faced with a downhill blast that looks dead into the water.
