It's probably the most amazing shot of this U.S. Open, one of the most amazing ever in the history of golf I'd argue.
 
During the first round of the U.S. Open at Merion, Carl Pettersson was preparing to hit his second shot on the fifth hole when he was disturbed by another golf ball.  Not just distracted mind you, his ball was actually, physically disturbed. It was an errant shot of another tee box (No. 2) that not only came to rest near him, it amazingly hit his ball during his backswing.
 
Something this outlandish, you'd have to see to believe.  So see it for yourself. 
 
Pettersson was allowd to replace his ball back to its original spot and he ended up making a par on the hole.
