New trailer for golf movie 'Tommy's Honour' released

It has been a few years since a golf film has hit the big screen, but 2017 brings a film that takes us back to the beginnings of the game.

Peter Mullan stars as Old Tom Morris and Jack Lowden will play the role of Young Tom Morris in the film "Tommy's Honour," set for release on April 14. The film also stars Sam Neil, of Jurrasic Park fame, and Ophelia Lovibond, who played a supporting role in Guardians of the Galaxy.

The film is based on the true story of the father and son duo, Old Tom Morris and Young Tom Morris, who are credited with creating the modern game of golf in Scotland in the late 19th century.
