Just when it looked as though Jason Day was in big trouble late at the AT&T Byron Nelson on Sunday, he went ahead and chipped in for a birdie to take the lead.

Just when it looked as though Jason Day was in absolute jail after a wayward tee shot at the par-4 15th hole coming down the stretch at TPC Four Seasons on Sunday, he turned what looked like it would be at least a bogey into the most improbable birdie to take the lead late at the AT&T Byron Nelson.

Check out the video below. First, Day punches out from tree trouble into rough short of the green and behind a bunker.

Then, he goes ahead and holes out:

 

 

With the chip in, the 2015 PGA Champion moved into sole possession of the lead at 12 under, one shot better than Billy Horschel with three holes to play.
