Koepka started Sunday's final round at 11-under, logjammed atop the leaderboard. Five players were sitting 10-under or better, so Koepka came out and separated himself from the pack with back-to-back birdies on his first two holes.

He parred the next four holes, allowing Brian Harman the chance to tie Koepka atop the leaderboard at 13-under. That was until the eighth hole and Koepka addressed his ball from 41-feet away.
