The fairway at No. 6 lies below the level of the tee and is completely hidden beyond a great expanse of whins. There are bunkers down both sides, but the longer hitters will likely fly the ball past all the trouble. The ground rises slightly towards the green, then dips into a hollow just short of the putting surface, shutting out a view of the bottom of the pin and making it difficult to pin-point the approach.
