Rookie on the PGA Tour after finishing 19th on the 2005 Nationwide Tour money list. Posted eight Top-10 s, including a T2 at the BMW Charity Pro-Am at the Cliffs. Member of the Nationwide Tour in 2000-01 and 2004-05. Began the 2004 season without status on any Tour but played his way onto the Tour. Made the cut in 13 of 15 tournaments and finished No. 30 on the final money list. Earned only victory that season at Permian Basin Charity Golf Classic. Defeated Jeff Gove and Craig Lile with a birdie on the third extra hole for the victory. Finished No. 75 in 2001, including season-best T3 at the Monterey Peninsula Classic. Missed the first 15 cuts in 2000 before making his last four of the season. Has played in 11 PGA Tour events, making the cut in three, with a best finish -of T51 at the 2004 Booz Allen Classic. Member of 1998 NCAA Championship team. Tied for ninth at the 1999 WAC Championship. Honorable mention All-American in 1998. Ranked 21st in the final 1998 MasterCard Collegiate Rankings. Became the first two-time California state high school champion. Named second-team Rolex All-American in 1994.
