Credits his grandfather for giving him his start in golf...Avid Clemson Tiger sports fan. Glover is the grandson of former Clemson football and baseball star Dick Hendley, who is a member of the Clemson Athletic Hall of Fame. Hendley played in the NFL for the Pittsburgh Steelers. Played in the 2001 Walker Cup. Turned pro right after the 2001 U.S. Amateur he went to the PGA Tour qualifying tournament but missed out in the second stage.
