Monday, Sept. 10, is Arnold Palmer's 83rd birthday, and I couldn't be happier to wish The King a great day. Arnie and Jack Nicklaus were the dominant figures in golf when I was first getting into the game as a kid back in West Texas, and Arnie has always remained one of my favorites -- I know, me and a zillion other people.
