Manny Pacquiao was "like a kid in a candy store" when he received his new clubs, said Callaway's Chad Coleman.
No doubt Manny Pacquiao was a little busy over the last few months after losing a controversial split decision to Timothy Bradley Jr. last June. But after Pacquiao got some revenge – as well as the WBO welterweight championship – on Saturday night in Las Vegas, he's probably ready to relax and enjoy some golf.
At least it seems that way, seeing as how Pacman received new set of Callaway clubs the other day.
Callaway's Chad Coleman was on hand to see Pacquiao take possession of his new bag. The Philippines' greatest sporting hero was "like a kid in a candy story," Coleman reported on Twitter. "Only this kid could knock out every person in that candy store."
Pacquiao's new bag includes a Big Bertha Alpha driver, Big Bertha 3-wood and 5-wood, X2 Hot hybrids, Apex irons, Mack Daddy 2 wedges, and an Odyssey White Hot Pro #1 putter.
Pacquiao was controversially denied a membership in the Manila Golf Club back in 2011, but he has staged multiple charity tournaments in Asia. If you'd like to see him in action on the links, check out the video below. Be patient, though – Manny is a big fan of practice swings.
