15 year member of the PGA of America and held the position of Head Golf Professional since 2003 at Hamilton Elks Golf Club. In early in 2010, he also became General Manager and Head Golf Professional. Before joining Hamilton Elks Golf Club, he was formerly an Assistant Golf Professional here at Kenwood Country Club and at Crest Hills Country Club. He's a graduate of the University of Cincinnati, College of Business Administration where he earned a Bachelors in Business Administration in marketing and management with a minor in international business. At the University of Cincinnati, he was captain and four-year letterman on the University of Cincinnati Men's Varsity Golf Team, as well as holding all conference honors.
He is a PGA Certified Professional in Instruction, Golf Operations, General Management and Executive Management.
Brian has been very active in volunteering his time to the local chapter and sectional PGA for over ten years. He currently holds the position as Honorary President of the Southern Ohio PGA and has been active on committee and tasks forces since 2001. He has achieved several awards and accomplishments in his career, including 2010 Southern Ohio PGA Horton Smith Award and the highest honor given to a professional in the SOPGA Section, 2008 Southern Ohio PGA Section “Golf Professional of the Year.”
Brian is a well accomplished player and teacher of the game. He has over 13 professional victories and has been competing professionally for over 17 years. He is a PGA Certified Professional in Instruction, Golf Operations, General Management and Executive Management. He is a Class A member of the PGA of America and was elected to membership in 1999. He continues grow his knowledge of teaching the game by attending clinics conducted by other great teachers, such as Jim Flick.
