Studied at the University of Hartford and majored in Architectural Engineering. Played for the women's golf team all four years and was captain for 3. I then went on to graduate school at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland. There I was able to experience an amazing culture and study the best golf courses in the world. After a year program I received a Master's in golf course architecture. After my time in Scotland I worked for a golf course maintenance crew to better understand the workings of a golf course. I then moved to Denver, CO to work for Cynthia Dye McGarey, niece of Pete Dye. I worked there for 3 years designing and producing plans for golf course designs mainly in China. I enjoyed designing but knew something was missing and decided it was time to pursue a career in the PGA program. I moved back to CT and have started towards becoming a member. I love working with people, and find the job extremely rewarding. I feel my knowledge of golf course design will greatly enhance how people understand how to play a course.
