John has worked in the golf business for 14 years. His experience is weighted in general management and running day to day operations at high traffic facilities. Specifically, he has been directly responsible for creating operational budgets, implementing round/revenue generating programs, training and maintaining a sound customer service model, and promoting the game of golf. He has worked at diverse facilities in terms of rates, traffic, and overall image. His philosophy was the same at each facility as far as customer service even though the amenities provided may have varied greatly amongst each facility. He has taught lessons during his entire career and it continues to be one of the most enjoyable and rewarding duties to him as a PGA Professional. Being in the business for 14 years he has also seen good and bad; Riding the waves to the bank in the mid to late 1990's to now where we are all riding the storm out! He is an experienced operator/manager.
