Work Related:

Held managerial positions with multiple fortune 500 companies from 1985-2001.  Owned and operated multiple private business from 2001-2011.

Golf Related:

My father introduced to the game when I was young, but it was not until my 20's that I took it seriously. My father was a very good player for as long as I can remember. I don't think I beat him until I was in my 30's. Arnold Palmer reminds me a lot of of my Dad so it's probably natural that I am one of many in Arnie's Army. It's because of what he stands for, the history he represents as well as what he has done for the game, that he remains my biggest hero outside of my Dad. -

Amateur Status:

I competed at the amateur level from 1985 to 1995 with limited success. While I was able to achieve multiple tournament wins at the local level, I never had any success on the national level.

Professional Status:

I turned Pro in 1996 to compete in "play-for-pay" events. From 1996-2005, I competed on severl mini tours on the east coast such as the "Gold Rush Tour", "Teardrop Tour", "DP Tour", "Golden Bear Tour", "Cape Fear Tour" and the "Sunbelt Senior Tour".

In 2005 I started the Grand Strand Professional Golf Tour.  The GSPGT was a "mini- tour" that held "play-for-pay" golf events for young professional golfers aspiring to play on the PGA Tour.  While the GSPGT's home base was Myrtle Beach, the tour held events in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georga between 2005 and 2011. The tour was successful in helping to propel such players as Will McGirt, Matt B
