Matthew W. Burgess, PGA

Matt has over 20 years of experience in the golf industry and has worked and taught at several clubs including Congressional Country Club, where he worked during The 1997 United States Open Championship. Recently, Matt was the Head Golf Professional at Lyman Orchards Golf Club in Middlefield, CT where he spent 8 years and in 2008 was the Head Golf Professional at The Golf Club at Oxford Greens. Matt was in charge of the entire golf operation at Oxford Greens including the golf shop and outside operations. At the beginning of the 2009 golf season Matt was promoted by Billy Casper Golf, one the nation's leading and fastest growing golf course operators, to be the General Manager and Director of Golf at another of it's golf courses, Falmouth Country Club.  Matt has enjoyed his role at Falmouth Country Club for the past four seasons and is excited about his future and the future of Falmouth Country Club.
