PGA member since 1995. Won Section "Teacher of the Year" award in 2001 while Director of Instructor at The Rick Smith Golf Academy @ Turning Stone Resort in Central New York. Attended East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C. and was a member of the golf team. Worked at various golf clubs on the East Coast of Florida including Hobe Sound Golf Club, Martin Downs Country Club, and Monarch Country Club.
