Trillium P. Sellers, PGA

Trillium has a decade of experience as a golf instructor and a reputation founded on her solid knowledge of the swing and her simple yet effective communication style.   It is her belief that successful golf begins with technique, but includes good course management, sound practice methods and a solid mental game. 

Her primary interests are motor learning and performance rooted in areas of research outside the field of golf. She focuses on practice, performance and psychology and credits her time studying under Dr. Rob Neal, Dr. Rick Jensen, Lynn Marriott and Pia Nilsson.

Trillium is based in Washington DC where she is the Teaching Professional at the Chevy Chase Club.  She has been on numerous radio shows, instructional panels and published in golf periodicals.   She also contributes her time to the First Tee in its efforts to  provide access to golf to those who otherwise would never have an opportunity to play.
