A native of Lexington KY, Vincent joined the United States Marines shortly after high school and served 6 years Combat Infantry. After ending his active duty service in 1993, he returned to Lexington and was instrumental in opening the city's first Golds Gym. As a personal trainer, general manager and later a health club owner, Vincent developed a passion for working with the public. Having grown up competing in baseball, Vincent took up playing golf in 1997. 
 
    Within five years Vincent had obtained a + 3.8 USGA Handicap Index. After fifteen years of competing as an amateur, he decided to turn professional in 2012 and pursue golf instruction and compete on the Professional level. Vincent landed a job at Andover Golf and Country Club in Lexington Ky as the assistant golf professional. Within 6 months after having given numerous lessons and achieving  great success developing players, Vincent was promoted to Director of Instruction within 6 months.  On April 23 2015 Vincent accepted a Staff Teaching Position with Man-O-War Golf, the 5TH ranked Public Teaching Facility in the USA according to Golf Digest. Vincent's dedication to studying the teaching philosophy's of the best Golf Instructors in the world is serving as a great foundation towards the goal of becoming the best coach possible and implementing and sharing the knowledge he's acquired with his students. Vincent's teaching philosophy applies simple geometry along with science and the biomechanics of the human body to enhance or create a desirable and consistent golf stroke for each player regardless of skill level.
