This hole is the most demanding on the course. a narrow fairway is guarded right with a bunker and two very large sycamore trees. The left rough is no bargain either, considering a lake guards the front left of the green. A lay up might seem the prudent play but that means a longer iron into a very difficult green. A player's putt to a hole location on the terraced left side could possibly roll back to the lower front level.
