Played on the Japan PGA Tour between 1976 and 2002, with best years 1984 and 1985, when he finished third each season on the money list. In 1984, won ¥43,846,788 and in 1985 he won ¥82,782,235. He has competed between 1982 and 2004 except for 1994 and 2001 on the Japan PGA Tour and since 2004 on the Japan Senior PGA Tour. His career earnings are ¥751,294,353 ($6,410,361), which places him 13th on the All-Time Money List on Japan PGA Tour. Ozaki won the PGA Philanthropy Rebornest Senior Open last year which became his first Senior Tour title, defeating Katsunari (Kazunari) Takahashi in a four hole playoff. He finished 26th in the 2007 Japan Golf Tour Q-school and will play in both regular tour and senior tour. He is a middle of three brothers who are all professional golfers. His older brother, Jumbo Ozaki, owns 112 career victories and is the No. 1 all-time money-earner on Japan Tour. In 2007 has started twice on the Japan Golf Tour, T49th Token Homemate Cup and T20th in The Crowns.
