Produced the best come-from-behind victory of 2006 when he made up a seven-stroke deficit in the final round of the Bendinat London Seniors Masters at The London Golf Club. The Italian posted a 5-under- par 67 to tie Delroy Cambridge at 6-under- par 210, before defeating the Jamaican on the fifth playoff hole. Additional four top-5 finishes have guided him to ninth place on the Order of Merit, three places lower than 2005 when he celebrated his maiden victory in The Mobile Cup at Collingtree.
