Did not turn professional until 2004 after raising a family and working for 25 years selling corporate insurance. Played in three U.S. Mid-Amateur Championships and three State Championship Teams for Ohio -Won the Canadian Amateur Championship (1977, 1978) -Won the Ohio Mid-Amateur Championship three times -Won a 2006 tournament on the Sun Belt Senior Tour and two events in 2004 and 2005 on the Great Lakes Tour -Most memorable golf moment is landing first hole-in-one with his father and winning two national father-son tournaments with his son, Steve…Lowest 18-hole score is 64 and has seven hole-in-ones -Uses Canadian dimes to mark his ball.
