Is playing his second season on the European Senior Tour after turning 50 on April 1, 2011, and recording two top-20 finishes in his rookie campaign. Best finish T-13 at the Belas Clube de Campo Senior Open. Will be hoping to replicate the form which brought him six victories on The European Tour. One of the early pioneers of the Swedish system, he played on The European Tour from 1982 to 2003. Represented Sweden at every level, amateur and professional. Six victories in 21 seasons made him one of the most successful golfers to emerge from Scandinavia. Led Sweden to Alfred Dunhill Cup victory in 1991 and the World Cup a month later. Enjoyed his best season in 1992, winning twice and finishing 4th on the money list. In 1993, he became the first Swedish golfer to play in all four Majors in the same year. Finished 123rd on the Order of Merit in 2002 but ensured his playing privileges for 2003 through his place in the Career Money List.
Finished 16th in the first European Senior Tour event at the Mallorca Open Senior last week.
