Become a Jr. Volunteer

The 73rd Senior PGA Championship presented by KitchenAid is in need of Junior Volunteers (ages 16-21) to assist on various on-course committees during the event. These exciting positions are right in the middle of the action!

Available Positions

Juniors will assist on one of the following committees:

Standard Bearers -- Juniors Volunteers will follow a specific group carrying a scoreboard with their assigned players' current scores.

Monster Board -- Juniors Volunteers will work with Adult Volunteers posting the top 10 leaders' scores on the main scoreboard.

Leader Board -- Junior Volunteers will work with Adult Volunteers posting the top eight leaders' scores on scoreboards located throughout the course.

Thru Board -- Junior Volunteers will work with Adult Volunteers posting players' scores approaching designated holes on scoreboards located throughout the golf course.

Junior Volunteer Package

There is no fee for Junior Volunteers, only a commitment of working 8-12 hours. In exchange for participation Junior Volunteers will receive:

-- One (1) uniform golf shirt and one (1) headwear option
-- Parking and shuttle service
-- Food and water vouchers
-- Official 73rd Senior PGA Championship Program
-- Lanyard
-- Merchandise discount
-- Volunteer Badge which allows access to the grounds all six days of the event

Volunteer Shifts

Junior Volunteer shifts for these committees will take place Tuesday, May 22 -Sunday, May 27, 2011. It is important that Junior Volunteers have availability during both the weekdays and weekends.

All Junior Volunteer positions will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The earlier you complete an application, the better your chances are of securing a position.
