General admission tickets to go on sale Nov. 4
FRENCH LICK, Ind. -- The PGA of America announced Tuesday that general admission tickets for the 76th Senior PGA Championship presented by KitchenAid will go on sale Nov. 4, 2014.
Spectators can “Walk with History” at the most historic and prestigious event in senior golf, which will be held May 21-24, 2015 at The Pete Dye Course at French Lick Resort in Indiana. Daily grounds tickets start at just $10, and individuals who register on www.SrPGA.com before Sept. 30 will be included in a preferred pricing sale.
“We have had such a tremendous response from Southern Indiana that we wanted to open a special preferred sale for those who have signed up early, become volunteers, attended previous PGA of America Championships or have been to the French Lick Resort,” said Bryan Karns, Championship Director.
“More than 60 percent of volunteer positions are already filled,” said Karns. “Volunteers are an integral part of hosting a Major Championship, and we anticipate having volunteers from all over the country to help us create a first-class event for our fans and players. We are looking forward to welcoming everyone to Southern Indiana in spring 2015.”
Volunteering is free for juniors. The cost for adults is $130, which includes an official volunteer uniform, discount to the Championship Shops, and food and beverage during the Championship. Volunteers will also receive a free round of golf at The Donald Ross Course at French Lick Resort.
